This website is run by Ksen (Kseniia) Panchenko, an independent UX/UI & Product Designer based in Ireland, the data controller for personal data collected here. Contact: kseniia.uiuxdesigner@gmail.com.
02 — What I collect
Your name, email address and message when you email me; and — only if you accept analytics cookies — anonymised usage data.
03 — Why I use it
To reply to your messages (your request / legitimate interest), to improve the site (consent), and to keep it secure (legitimate interest).
04 — Who I share it with
I never sell your data. I use Vercel (hosting), Google (Gmail) and Google Analytics 4; transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
05 — Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your choice. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_<ID>) are set only after you click “Accept” and last up to 2 years. Change your mind any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
06 — How long I keep it
Emails: up to 24 months after our last contact. Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
07 — Your rights
Access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent. I reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
